Responsibilities :
Production planning/scheduling for injection module plastic components
Planning day- to day Activities, Production schedules, implementing
quality tools and work for achieving of monthly production targets
Proficient and knowledgeable with setting injection and molding machine
Maintaining the documentation as per standards rejection control
Coordinating with customers for understanding their technical requirement.
Trouble shooting of processing Manpower handling.
Production report complete for shift by shift
Daily Training of line leader or operator.
Maintain 5s system
