Capacity palnning for heavy fabrication shop (layout, machines and manpower planning) To recruits train & develop delegate manpower of the department. To plan material requirements for monthly porduction activity. To promote small improvement activity and Kaizen in the shop. To maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propo- sition and methods to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction To ensure compliance of health , Safety rules and regulations and utilization of personal protective equipments by staff and workers on shop floor to avoid accidents. Maintain awareness and knowledge of relevent developments and provide suitable interpretation to Top Management and staff. To ensure New Product Development is completed in time. Ensure Support for Marketing activities for fabrication Any other work assigned or delegated by the Management . About Process Overlooking the entire QMS and Product Quality of the company Creating and maintain records & documents of all QC functional area (IQC, PQC & OQC) Completion of project & training work Creation and maintenance of documents like PPAP and APQP Conducting periodic checks and trainings Peer heading the auditing with management team Assist with NDP Conduct internal auditing Head external auditing Ensuring product quality Raw Material Inspection, Safety Inspection Quality checks for New Vendor approvals Ensuring certification are as per ISO standards and factory ACT
