Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1-4 Years
Salary Range: 15000-18000
SOP FOR SERVICE CORDINATOR 1.She will get the complaints from customers through calls and will register the complaint. 2.She will discuss with GM sir about the complaint and will check for spare parts if available or not by sending massages in the group. 3.Will assign the complaint to respective engineer and will inform about the charges to the costumer. 4.She will make challange for spare part and will mention in excel sheet. 5.She will check if the engineer has reached to the costumers and working. ( She will get time to time follow up with the engineer till problem resolved) 6.She will do feedback call to the costumer if problem is resolved. 7.She will ask for old material return from the engineer. 8.She will do evening reporting in respective group. 9.She will send the maintenance massage to all the costumers. 10. Every month spare parts consumed report will be submitted to Director sir.
ALL DAY ACTIVITIES 1.She will call to our existing costumer for performance report of our machines and discuss about AMC of the machines. 2.She will call to pending complaints and will discuss about required material status with GM. 3.She will prepare the quotation/PI of servicing demands. 4.She will submit the report of pending complaints, service engineers reporting status, next day planning and service revenue in reporting group. 5.She will update the record of servicing, spare part dispatched/ issued with challan no, record of the spare part received back after repair under warranty. 6.She will send the courier of spare parts to the costumer or Engineers as directed.
