Job Description:
 
Hands-on experience of Mechanical Equipment design and Detailed Engineering of Static Equipment,
viz. Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Filters, Skid Systems, Strainers,
Electric Heaters, Storage Tanks, Quick Opening Closures, Pig launchers,
Receivers, Tanks, etc.

Proficiency in use of PVElite,
Nozzle Pro, Navisworks, Stadd Pro, Auto CAD, MS word and Excel

In-depth Exposure to Indian and International design codes / standards such as ASME Sec.
VIII Div.1 and 2, ASME Sec. II,  WRC107/297/537, IBR, ASME B 31.3, ASME B
31.4, ASME B 31.8, API-620 & 650
    
Conversant with various Licensors / PMCs / Clients specifications relevant in
Petro?chemical / Oil & Gas / Chemical industry
    
Hands-on experience in preparation of RFQs, Technical Queries, Technical data sheet,
Technical Delivery Conditions, Technical Bid Evaluation,
etc. for Material & Equipment Procurement

 Preparation & Checking of Mechanical Data Sheets and  Engineering Drawings of
Static Equipment listed above
Knowledge of associated Piping, Skids and good ability to check Piping GA Drawings w.r.t.
P& ID & Isometrics

   
Ability to handle Vendor Documents Review, including Mechanical Design Calculations for
Static Equipment listed above  
Good experience of Coordination with other Departments and Clients
Knowledge of ASME U stamp Shop & Audits.
